FIDELITONE acquires Remar, Inc. to expand order fulfillment services

WAUCONDA, Illinois, June 3, 2019 – FIDELITONE, a national supply chain management firm headquartered in Wauconda, IL, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Remar, Inc.

Remar is a Tennessee-based company that provides order fulfillment and value-added warehousing services on behalf of manufacturers and internet retailers. The acquisition strengthens a core logistics service for FIDELITONE, while also expanding FIDELITONE’s East Coast distribution capacity – adding four additional locations near Nashville, TN.
